UIC's SMART Energy Dashboard Heading link
Ever wondered how much energy your building actually consumes?
UIC has electronic meters in campus buildings that report real-time energy use every 15 minutes. Measuring energy consumption at the building level helps UIC identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and detect when errors occur with building controls. As buildings are retrofitted, these SMART meters will also help UIC track its energy savings.
